Using Chaldea
You must be legally able to agree to these terms and provide accurate account information. You are responsible for your account and may not misuse, disrupt, reverse engineer, or access the service unlawfully. We may suspend access needed to protect users, Chaldea, or the public.
Guidance, not professional advice
Chaldea provides astrological, educational, and AI-assisted content for reflection and entertainment. It is not medical, mental-health, legal, financial, or other professional advice. Do not rely on it for emergencies or decisions requiring a qualified professional.
App Store subscriptions
Practitioner is available as a monthly or annual auto-renewable subscription. The price shown in the purchase screen is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation. Your subscription renews automatically for the selected billing period unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Apple charges renewal within 24 hours before that period ends. You can manage or cancel in your Apple Account subscription settings. Changes between monthly and annual billing take effect according to Apple’s subscription rules. Refund requests are handled by Apple.
Content and availability
You retain rights in content you submit and grant us permission to process it only to operate and improve Chaldea. The service and generated results may be incomplete or inaccurate. Features, limits, and availability may change. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation.
Ending use and liability
You may stop using Chaldea or delete your account at any time. Account deletion does not cancel an Apple subscription. To the maximum extent allowed by law, Chaldea is provided “as is,” without warranties, and we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Rights that cannot lawfully be limited remain unaffected.
